Takeshi Ando is the Founder and Managing Director of AMBIT Inc., a development company focused on boutique luxury hotels and high-end residential properties. With over 15 years of real estate and hospitality experience across Japan and abroad, Ando has expertise in the premium sector.

Beginning his career at an international architecture and design firm, Ando led major resort and city hotel projects and later worked with top hospitality brands on investment and development. As Business Producer and Project Director, he has managed business development, capital fundraising, project execution, and asset management.

Through AMBIT, Ando aims to introduce Japanese cultural thinking into the global luxury market. Guided by principles of authenticity through imperfection, experiential design shaped by time and space, and person-centered hospitality, his projects span Hawaii, Southeast Asia, and throughout Japan.

Rather than pursuing superficial luxury, Ando's mission is to create sustainable "true richness" that harmonizes regional culture and benefits developers, investors, and guests alike.
