Takayuki Fukui joined Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. in 1995. He has served as General Manager of the Logistics Leasing Department since 2022, overseeing MFLP leasing. Since transferring to the Logistics Leasing Department in 2021, he has led leasing operations and new business initiatives, including the launch of an automated warehouse with Skypod implementation for Mitsui Shopping Park &mall.

Earlier in his career, Fukui was engaged in office building site acquisitions and structured finance operations. From 2012 to 2017, he worked at Mitsui Fudosan UK, where he focused on office building developments in London.

Fukui holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Kyoto University and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
