Seita Kisanuki assumed his current position in January 2025 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.

He joined Sumitomo Forestry in 2003, where he worked in the New Business Strategy Development division, handling M&A and emerging market ventures. He also worked in the Overseas Housing and Real Estate Department, where he planned real estate development businesses in the U.S.

From 2016 to 2019, Kisanuki worked at Sumitomo Forestry America in Seattle and Dallas. Upon returning to Japan, he oversaw the global real estate development businesses from Tokyo. In November 2020, he managed the establishment of SFC Asset Management (now Sumitomo Forestry Asset Management Co., Ltd.).

Currently, Kisanuki oversees over 20 funds spanning multifamily, forestry, logistics, senior living, office, and mass timber development in the U.S., Australia, the U.K., and Japan.

Kisanuki holds a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Kagoshima University and an MBA from Hitotsubashi University. He assumed his current positions in January 2025.
