Satoshi Suzuki has over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Hankyu Corporation, Suzuki worked at Sekisui House, Ltd. and was involved in residential development projects in Suzhou, China. Currently, he is responsible for new business development in major cities across the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, as well as the United States, and for managing cross-border investor relations.

He joined Hankyu Corporation in 2014, leading logistics development projects in Indonesia and Singapore. In 2016, he was seconded to Hankyu Hanshin Properties’ local subsidiary in Singapore, where he served as Managing Director until returning to Japan in 2020. Since then, he has overseen the launch of rental housing businesses in the U.S. and office and logistics businesses in Australia.

Suzuki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Landscape Architecture) from Kyoto University and an MBA from Nagoya University of Commerce and Business.
