In 2023, Ron Gormley transitioned from the corporate office and industrial real estate sector to a specialized focus on data centers. He now leads strategic projects for hyperscalers, colocation providers, and other digital infrastructure clients. As Director in the Data Center Advisory Team at Cushman & Wakefield, Gormley provides end-to-end support, including site selection, power feasibility, and due diligence.
He brings to the role over 25 years of consulting experience, which began with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in New York.

Gormley has been a resident of Japan since 2003. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Le Moyne College and a Level 1 Certification in the JLPT. He has also completed various continuing education credentials at Waseda Business School, NYU School of Professional Studies, and the DCD Academy.
