Noriyasu Hirano joined Mori Building Co., Ltd. in 1992. Since joining the company, he has worked extensively in Office Business Department Strategic Planning Unit. In 2025, he was appointed General Manager of the Sales Promotion Department in the Office Business Division. He is involved in formulating the company’s sales strategies through research on office demand and market trends across Tokyo’s 23 wards.

From 2015 to 2024, he served in Project Planning Department Urban Planning and Development Division. During this time, he contributed to the conceptualization and planning of major urban projects such as Azabudai Hills and Toranomon Hills. He has also been instrumental in attracting international schools.

He graduated from Chuo University.
